As the Organisational Hierarchy is too high and frequent internal movement is leading a big trouble for Mid Managerial Level(RSM/ASM). Skill Development for Mid level employees are not given. Not Focused to improve product. Always inventory shortage Not Focused on South India Market. GM level Managers always get Transfer. All burden on Mid level Managers

...ive. They seniors are rude and manner less. The employees are u fairly burdened. Salary compensation is not adequate. I was not paid my variable in 3 straight year

There is work life balance in the organization is good. The culture is very good the ethical practices are followed. But it all depends on the nature of boss.

like FMCG there is no daily allowance provided to you over and above salary. On Traveling allowance are provide at actual.

Company policies are great, their is job security in the company as it believes in happy2help policy, the management is very supportive in every aspects

Compensation.. there is Travelling allowance but there is need of Daily allowance.
