Variable pay was not in favour of employees but now deduction stopped, great decision taken by higher management in favour of employees 😂.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Currently my working experience is 4th year running in wfl but salary not crossed 16k above.salaries and increaments is not good this is the major problem that I don't like

Big industry, opportunity to learning, A lot of SOP s are there but it takes time to stabilize it. Working culture is good and teammates are supportive .

Salary is not decent but Career growth is good enough to be satisfied.you can learn a lot from this industry. Management dont give enough salary hike and bonus are dream to be true.

Good work with teammates and supportive company policies are good and about my work is super in regarding that I learnt many things about machine and the staffs are so supportive
