...n't agree with you on lot of matters and are not willing to do things digitally. Salary paid is not up to the par what they expect you to work. No appreciation here. Leaves are a major drawback as only 7 leaves are approved. Paid leaves are said to be encashed but have never done so. The higher management won't talk to you properly they will treat you as if you are their servent and will use improper words
