Only provides salary on time nothing else . Management is excellent level . 12 th fail person's is recruited as store manager they even don't know about drugs how to talk to customer's. Similar to that is area manager . Those who want managerial post with 10+2 education can join the company .

They hire selesman not pharmacist . There is no respect to pharmacist . The motive of company is not to provide the medicines to customer's just grow their own brands like BBB , Amore etc.

Planning schedule, keeping cleane , various brands of medicine and cosmetics as needed customer

Salary and Duty time it's 10 hrs duty . 10 hrs convert into 8 hrs Duty so it's very useful for employment

Everything is good About job and culture and management was good even policies are Good I like to work with wellness forever in future thank You so much team wellness. And our Director are Very very nice I just missed them and my favourite area manager dada patil Sir and Asrar Sir was my good mentor I just love them and whatever they teach me I will remember thank Sir.

Working hour was maybe we have to minimise and salary To we have to increase.

Online deliveries of medicines and lifestyle products,rare medicines/products get available on customer's request in advance,ontime salary,groomed staff.

Dislikes

Pharmacists are treated wrongly, they have to do backend work,also senior staffs (managers and incharges) give sweeping and cleaning tasks to the pharmacist and they emphasize on it , too much workload instead of dispensing medicine.Only few casual leaves and no other leaves,no other benefits like bónus
