Salaries are like peanuts and there are no proper appraisals. Can't expect any hike. It's a private company so there is no job security you can be fired at any time. Each staff employees are engaged in multiple department work you can be multitasker but not good for career oriented people. Knowledge becomes saturated here you can't improve the system because you can't expand your knowledge even you are not allowed to do any positive change here. Experienced employees are paid into peanuts.
