Welldoc is a very peaceful place to work with and the opportunity given to me is awesome, the place where I can learn, explore and enjoy. The organization is pretty friendly, limited in number but so much to explore with. Talking about management, since I am new to the software field and don't have any idea about it but then they took a pretty good time to explain me things in detail about the company and took care of me so well. That platform and space to work is just awesome

Dislikes

We company has pros and cons, this company do have but then it really doesn't matter when you are working well and good in your own terms and standards. When you correct and your confident of what you are & what you can do then its good, no one can stop you.

Horrible politics at leadership level plus everyone in the leadership think they are the boss and they can do anything they like.Poor appraisals and there is lot of micro management.There is biasness and favoritesm.
