Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and that management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career groyis slow.there is a bond of 2year before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joining

The company is open to produce good quality of network support and adopt letest technology..

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high. sometime,I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day.

...s. Will get tremendous support from co ordinators. Provides PF, ESI as promised. No fear of loosing job from their end, Salary credited on time almost every month.

...s. For experienced candidate it's a worst place. Will not get any career growth. Apart from very low salary there is extra befinit to earn. HR Dept is irresponsible. After resignation they will make lots of excuses for not clearing last month salary or experience letter. Only co ordinators may help.
