...re not professional. Management is worst. Monopoly operation by the management. Anytime salary can be kept in hold without any reason. That held up salary can be recovered if management's ego is satisfied otherwise no hope of recovery. Gratuity not given to the eligible employee. No appointment letters were ssued to the old employees. So they don't have proof of joining the company. For show off limited employees have been included in the gratuity benefit list. This is the actual fact of the company.
