No job security. Without any valid reason anyone can loss his job.Work culture not professional. Management is worst. Monopoly operation by the management. Anytime salary can be kept in hold without any reason. That held up salary can be recovered if management's ego is satisfied otherwise no hope of recovery. Gratuity not given to the eligible employee. No appointment letters were ssued to the old employees. So they don't have proof of joining the company. Director uses slam languages quite frequently & has no brake on his tongue. Also employees are not so well educated.
