... those uneducated person who think they are superior from Professional people. Hospital highly require MOH certified person who could manage hospital in a proper way and give priority to that Professional People who work in less salary,too. Every Professional Employer having specific level of respect and specific level of priority. Apart from that everything 10 out of 10.

... a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues very quickly. Career growth is worthy But, salary is too less.

one of the best and reputed hospital in Kochin.work environment is very good with good team leader and incharges.

No much dislikes.compensation is decent and growth is slow. reworking on policies and procedures are making working environment better.Have a plan for future developments.

I like to be in the welcare team . the hospital has the latest technology and is in the process of expansion .The management is good and career growth is also good.

work pressure is high and had to stay back during patient issues and emergency situations.
