The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role

Dislikes

...sters, as the organization is dominated by old people with outdated mentalities. Promotions are nonexistent, and salary increments only occur when someone decides to resign. If management feels they are dependent on that person's work, they will ask for the offer letter from the other company to match the salary, which is both ridiculous and nonsensical at that point.

For freshers it's good, but not good for experienced people. Alternate Saturday week off.

Dislikes

Don't expect promotions and increment.. jump and get better job. Pathetic work culture. People with old mind set in new era.
