No dislikes, the growth is slow compared with outside industries and compensation are not upto the market.

Flexible Woking hours in the O&G team. The ability to take ownership of projects in the O&G team.

Dislikes

The never ending anxiety of loosing the job and the very poor rate of development financially. The worst experience ever was working with the order engineering team since there is so much politics and selfishness among the seniors. The training given by the OE team was poor and the same is the case with answering queries.

There was no training for the employees but I made a training for local staff, job security was ok, the salary was average due to oil market, travel policy was good, work environment was good

I dislike the way of how the managment treat thier employees in case of emergency you can say you are not in safe

Working atmosphere everything is fine - If you have good knowledge , It is rewarding. Well balanced atmosphere.

There is no point to describe about any short falls, We should be right to get things right.
