Just an old company in Fmcg! Still survived

Dislikes

Not a good cultured organisation! All rights given to branch manager! So BM pretends to be god & wants to play with your career at any point of time. I will not recommend this company to anyone for sure! Here HR won’t exist

It is a growing company which is being driven by central management. Company has been able to take some key right decision in recent past which will be instrumental in their desired growth plan.

Dislikes

There's no liberty given to regional managers to take their own decisions. Everything is directed by central management only. Also sometimes there's too much pressure on sales team without consideration of market challenges by managers who themselves are not able to do anything.

Even though they were grown 30% + compared to previous year & current runrate , the top management not satisfactory of their team working & they deducted the salary of managerial level & it's showing in salary slips of this covid time ( covid salary deduction ) I didn't understand the mind games of this organisation of the people in top level they were showing the management that we saved the money & as well as we grow up more than what we committed to the management in regarding with the business.

Ethicks & systems are not there & freedom is most obsentisam in this organisation to work as per the plans of the manager. They want immediate born & running people required. No proper sales support from co., Side , that's why after 62 years also they were struggling in the market to place the products in gt. Policies towards the distributor's are very dangerous.
