Work culture is very good and team manager's never scold or make you feel like hectic they are always supportive and understandable.

As there is work from home , company do not organize team meetings often and no fun activities or celebration around .

It is an average company need to shift focus on being just a technical based company to a solution provider.

Nothing as such to dislike .but yes ...on management level some issue is there which is seriously a matter of dislike because they understand sales is a single day task....infact .it take time and so you have to trust your team member who is working day and night to establish you in the market. They are more driven towards technical team and don't understand the importance of sales team. Improvisation in the product is also required as school demand many unique things..so be a real differentiator

Everything. From work environment to work life balance.everything is terrible. Please don't join in this organization. It's a product based company but they act like service based company.

No work life balance No opportunities to learn anything apart from their app which they are building from last 4 years.. still thousands of bugs present.. Only one project they have.. No team building activities, no fun at work.. They are providing remote work just to load the employees... Everyone in there is fed-up with the work culture and yet nobody will question..

Management - Good Product based and new technology stack they are using Code structure in such manner you can understand quick The higher authority people like maneger and Technical lead Very good nature wise they help if you stuck any domain
