...ing, until they laid us off when the pandemic started which was not good at all. At one time they were ready to pay only 45% of the salary which was still okay given the situation but in next couple of days they changed and asked everyone to either look for different opportunity or wait untill July 2020, I chose to wait and again they asked to wait until September, I again chose to wait but cometh the September, they said you can start looking for different opportunity, And I wasted like what 6 to 7 months ...not so well organised organization. Being a kind of startup it certainly offers good chance of growth bit you never know when you will be laid off. I liked working there but again that one thing really turned my life upside down as it was really difficult to find another job at that time and I went jobless for more than a year.

Dislikes

When they started their operations again, they should have given the preference to the employees those were laid off during the pandemic and given them an opportunity again as they do not know who went through what.
