I did not like anything at all. This was worst 2 months of my work experience.

Dislikes

...ying that they completed 10+ sales but actually they didn't have any customers. They promised me 35K/ M salary but then bought a probation clause of 15K/ month only when I sell the software which was also not paid to me. CEO Yeso Akshit is very arrogant and moody person. If you want to work here(to waste your precious mental health and time) then learn to do some buttering because he treats you well if you butter him and treats you like shit, if you do not. It is crazy that the same experience happened with the marketing department of 15 + people, one of which is going to take legal action on Yeso Akshit for this fraud. Please save your time and energy and DO NOT WORK HERE.

The company is good The company growth plan or idea is excellent but the execution is not than expected

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

The work place is very bad The hygiene maintenance is bad The superior as to be some rude on work process. The work distribution as to be speedup. They have to be think about company future rather than employees future. The interview process has to be strict.
