very pathetic company in term of work. vikas khare (R& D head of software team ) don't have sense to how to speak with people. he treated a people like a slave. better to join TCS or infosys.in this company B.TEch and BCA are same.they recruit B.tech and BCA for a same position that never seen in TCS.

... is not performing, either company will shift to different verticals to perform. Salary always comes on time. Great market share and their customer are well known about webtel so selling the SaaS-based product is easy due to their high market share and visbility.

No proper and attractive incentive plans. Not much-taking care of advancement in the product. Still suing old fascinated technology for its software. Customer support is nit much active.

No salary on time salary cuts without any reason Senior will treat you as a slave No leaves Forcefully Overtime without pay Weekend working without payment they does not gives experience letter and salary on leaving the company.

... another one to pitch. Work environment is friendly to work in the organization. Salary is on time every month. Every department is a gem in supportive Gem. In 9 Months, I upgraded my self not just as a professional person but also improved my interpersonal communication skills because of the knowledge that shared by my branch manager and my senior. Of course, Every company has some cons also. To be Honest, Overall company is excellent in everything, but the conveyance and incentive policy should be improved. Otherwise No dislikes as of now.
