...nt, they need everything to be done right away 3. Behaviour of HR is too rude 4. Salary is not upto the mark 5.almost everyday you need to work for extra and you will not get paid and if anytime you leave early then your salary will be deducted. 6. You will get the salary on 15th of month 7. There is even no proper furniture 8. There are no proper systems and many employees use their own laptops. 9. The notice period is of 3 months and your salary will be hold during notice period and will be released 2 two after notice period. So you will get your salary after 5 months. 10. You will not get any bonus even if you work till midnight 11. Bad environment and no life work balance I have even seen many people who left the company just after few days of joining 12. Sometimes they hold salary silly reasons 13. Company growth is very low 15. Above all you can verify these points from anyone before joining. And my suggestion is to get taunt from parents for not having job instead of joining this company. There are other problems as well in this company and I can't mention all of them here

They hire inters for free, also they say that you will learn and get placed here but in real they do not have much vacancies. So in you want to learn something do not waste time in this company.

Worst company in Udaipur, they just hire interns for free.. and give them irrelevant jobs!! Even after working for months or years you will feel like you don’t know anything! The team leaders of every department is so rude and mannerless! They just find a way to eat client’s money and give them false and fake reports of growth! The most unhygienic place! Never go for WebSenor as ab employee or client! Don’t waste your time, energy or money

Everything!!! Worst and mannerless team leader specially in business development! Unhygienic and dirtiest place! Nobody knows anything except to fool people! Gives false reports to clients!

Frendly staff, tea and sometimes breakfast available, celebration of employees Birthday in office.

Dislikes

No learning no development, misbehavior senior staff, no stipaid, blam and Unnecessary pressure put on juniors by senior staff.
