I enjoyed working at Websadroit because of its great work culture, collaborative team, and opportunities to work on both frontend and backend. The learning environment and hands-on experience made it a fantastic place to grow.

Dislikes

The salary was below 15k-17k as a freshers, and working on alternate Saturdays was a bit tiring. Also, the company worked with many technologies at once, which was great for exposure but made it harder to master one specific tech stack.

Is this a office???.Someone who calls themselves a CEO doesn't even know development or anything else. Such an office culture, such a poorly managed office. The bathroom is filthy and unclean, and employees eat sitting right next to it. Cockroaches roam around, and people work in such an environment. Unbelievable! No other office is like this.
