...stems for past 2 years, i never came across any incident of employees got fired. Even during the pandemic also employees accounts were credited with full salary, no one were fired due to pandemic situation. When a freshers join the company , they get trained by TeamLeaders and project manager. About office timings its 10:00 am to 7:30 pm in between we have lunch breaks for 1 hours, Weekends off. Sometimes teams plans for outing also😅. And on every Friday evening there's a small refreshments evening where all relax themselves with work loads and have snacks together. Lastly people are very polite in the company from management to colleagues.

Company policies are not transparent it varies based on your relation. Trying to trap employees by not informing some policies like if you want appraisal you have to Bond for another one year. (Every year it repeats). No opportunity for learning. Poor team management by all Leads.(they only doing other activities in working time ultimately pressures need to be handle by other Jr./Sr. team members.

Dislikes

At the time of joining they not disclose the appraisal policy & at the time of appraisal they explain that you have to bond for another year( every year it repeats) Ultimately, At the end of the year we neither have growth technically nor financially. Always trap employees by hiding policies.

There's not a single to like about working at webmyne systems. The worst company I have ever seen.

CEO of company used to abuse employees, he used to fire the employees without informing them. And not giving their salaries on time. Also he tortured female employees by calling her at office at night giving excuses of work.
