Good for freshers as their salary range is quite low. You can learn new things. Some of the employees are really good. Salary on time.

...to grow here if you are joining as an experienced person. Appraisal is very low. Salary structure is also low as per industry standards. My overall experience is bad.

At end of the month er they keep their promises about salary day, and for a newbee they can learn whole lot more about everything except own skill development.

Webguru is better for new learners as they will not only learn about the job role also they learns about office culture and other aspects of a full-time position. In this company they can learn a whole lot more about what to avoid during your job.

It is heartening to note that during the pandemic, there has been no pay cut, and above all, received a bonus for Durga Puja as well. The management has been very supportive from the beginning and encourages me a lot to learn different frameworks for PHP.
