Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Not much to be liked when your job isn’t safe even after you putting in your blood and sweat to achieve your targets. Kindly note even after achieving your targets the company management can terminate your service agreement. Don’t leave your stable job even if they are paying you less than the offer from this Company

Job Security is Zero. Your efforts are of no worth if management has any change of plans. They won’t think even once to throw you under the Bus. Be Safe Be Cautious and Don’t Quit Your Stable Job to Trade for this Company offer

Work culture and management was very supportive . But they are removing people suddenly due to pandemic . Many people list their job because company is not in profit.

Just they are reducing head count without giving any notice due to pandemic. Otherwise it seems to be one the best companies to work.
