Nothing at the moment apart from a great office space.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Work is not given as per skills rather randomly. Same with onsite opportunities. The people are already fixed, the new ones won't be getting any opportunity for onsite even though there are plenty of those. No one knows much about the products and issues and doubts just keeps on transferring from one to another. 2 people are having 99% decision making power. Under knowledged, unskilled people are sitting at the top and have direct contact with the customers. Which leads to unrealistic deadlines for the engineers. People in other teams are working for 12 hours including Saturday for over 2 months now. Won't recommend joining at least for next 2 years.
