1 Desks and racks fill with cockroaches. 2. Laptop conditions are not at all good at the time of they provide and they will hold some amount in our last month salary with showing damages. 3. Tea ( Tea is the stress relief for some people who are working under pressure, but they will give only 1 small cup of tea for a day). 4. Sports/Games : They will conduct sports events every year but they don't allow to practice after office hours also.

Salary No appreciation for your work No resources to work on tickets we need to spend on resources with our money and need to solve ticket even though no recognition and no hike no night shift allowance no travel allowance at joining they said they will provide allowance and hike but it's been more than 1 year nothing received yet as they said and be ready for 3 years service agreement and thanks for the politics in the company they are less than family members in the company Personal recommendation... Join only if you have relatives here Or good experience in spending time or been in a jail

... in that training. We have perform well in training and got selected to project. Finally who performed lesser than us got a better pay because the review taken from .net trainer for CRM team also. And the final thing is termination without notice period, after 6-7 months the project has completed then suddenly they call us and said come to office. Explain and sent a mail on the same day is our last working day, without noticing at least 1 month notice period. Twist: Immediate after 3 months they ask me to rejoin for the same CRM role for their requirement. (No moral values).

Nothing, only hire & fire. I was allocated to infosys M365 for microsoft project. Once the client required is down they fire entire team with 30days of notice. No job security at all. This company has put a dent on my resume due to short period.
