Weatherford is a good MNC company to work .I am enjoying working at Weatherford, team mates are always there to help in any situation.

Salary and appraisal for which workers has to fight every year asking for the increment.i am not happy with HR manager from the date he has joined the company he is changing all rules taking away all the facilities from workers.and spoiling the work environment .

Current company colleuges(India) very co operative and helpful. They will share their knowledge to you for learning.

Not regular pay benefit, No skill development, No promotion. Nothing good except good collegues.

Weatherford is a excellent Company, I have worked since 2009, I had opportunity to work in Colombia and Mexico as Mud Engineer, I got certification in Well Cap (Well Sharp), Rig Pass, H2S, Sea Book, First Aid, Drilling Fluids, UBD, Cementing, Geology. It was a good experience, people was great and benefits were good.

Dislikes

I started to work in Weatherford in 2009, my salary was very good until 2016, then the salary was lowered and now I consider it a low salary. Also, there is no training program for freshers.

...department and I love the support which I got from my managers and team members. Salary, benefits and career growth is excellent. When I was facing some personal problems management sanctioned me one year unpaid leave and supported me. I always thankful to the company.

Excellent work force, team mates were people with safety conscious awareness in mind at all during work operations, Training culture is practically perfect in the yard with support of computer aided training also in the office while a personnel sit at his desk

Dislikes

The salary structure in local region has a huge gab compare to same mates with the same position in other foreign regions.
