Colleagues play politics. we want appreciation in return for the work we do. They update our HOD & Managers wrongly for our work and do not do any work themselves and use mobile phones all days during office hours. And they using the name of HODS & Managers try to bully as. Our back office team harass us to do small tasks which they need but they don't do them themselves, they make us do it and they tell the HOD this work did by them. And we are being stupid and idiots
