The working culture is terrible, managers do not even greet you unless they have some work from you. You can't have your own work life balance; be it weekends or holiday you'll still have work and have to attend calls. The way of talking is very rude and ruthless. No one gets appreciated for their work. No fix timing is there, no matter whenever your shift starts you have to be available from 7 in the morning. And if you say no they will degrade you like you're of no use. The worst thing is employees never gets appreciation.
