I don't like anything about this company as it was my worst experience working here as a content writer.

Dislikes

...ompleting deadlines and writing every day more than 4k words is also not enough. The HR will tell you the job is not complicated and after that too many salary cutting and the working atmosphere is boring and the team leader is unable to provide clear resolutions for complex files. Bad communication skills of floor supervisor unable to understand the needs and problems of the writers, bad working-life balance and unable to learn or develop skills in this company.

I have been working here for two months and I have successfully analysed that the company is good in giving substantial push and further development. As a content writer I have experience further growth of my knowlegde and learning. I am also able to grow my personality, and self-esteem.

Just salary issue bappens sometimes.

It is a good place. It increased my knowledge in the field of computer, it also increased my vocabulary.

Dislikes

...reat to the employees. We are forced to obey the order because we got no option. If we do not obey the order then our salary might be affected. Thirdly, even after giving our 100% in the workplace,we hear that we do not do anything for the company which demotivates the employees to work harder.

The job has taught me a lot about the office culture...it is my first office job and the company is really cooperative... The relationship is good between employees and management ...

The work load has been increased since few weeks and there is no increament in the salary...the authorities must understand the problem that during the same time period all employees would be facing problems to achieve higher aim set by the company....relaxation in workplace must be availed by the company..

Nothing. The company is pathetic. Donot take a job here.. No job security. They have interviews going on month and can fire anyone anytime.. They need robots not. Humans.

...thing. No sick leaves. 3days salary cut if you are absent on saturday or monday. They donot pay salary on time. If you are absent in between 5th to 10th of any month your slary will be on hold. They donot mention this in. Their terms and policies. You have to beg for your own salary.. No holidays on eid or budhpurnima and many other such festivals. They donot want employees they want robots. You have a terrible work and personal life balance... Should avoid working here.. Pathetic company.
