I like to explore different domains of knowledge and this job has provided me with the opportunity to dive into the stream of knowledge. In addition, I like the work culture which is quite employee-friendly.

I believe that the pay-scale should be higher because it requires a lot of effort to research different articles, journals, and websites.

Likes

Seniors have a very respectful attitude towards their juniors. The management is a bit strict with the norm of formal dresscode from Monday to Thursday. The HR, TLs, AMOs have a very welcoming attitude and percives all as same.

Dislikes

I think the salary structure can be modified and reconstructed a bit. That's the only disadvantage I found about this organization.

Likes

I like my job role as of now, i have always loved researching new topics and write about them and here I can get paid to do that. My mentor/trainer Susmita di is amazing and very patient with me so that is a very good point. She is very easy to work with.

Dislikes

Im very new here so I have not found anything that I do not like except the deduction in salary if target is not met. I feel maybe that's a bit unfair.

Friendly seniors, helping nature and their behaviour towards new employees.

Dislikes

The main thing I dislike is holidays. Need more holidays. Salary is not that good but okay. Haven't yet discovered any thing such as bad.
