I have worked there about 6 months and it's a startup and they don't know the work culture and no work life balance between the teams and so much of partiality in between the team and the manager

Company is in Coimbatore and if you prefer to be in a metropolitan city only, then that is a disadvantage.

Still we are working from home,good to be safe where mostly other company employees where asked to come office. Also in these tough situation we are getting regular salary/bonus/hike etc...Great to work here!!!
