...ause of that i was rejected by 2 others company because i had only 4 months exp. and also they offer me high salary package and the 2nd thing i like is that director of the company always positive and humble because some time i was not able achieve my target and i was so scared but they never demotivate you always incourage me

Dislikes

the only thing i don't like about working at waves international that i have to dependent on other employees too for some work & they are also engaged with their works because of that my work also suffer some time but its not a major disadvantage.

This is very bad company i must say because i never see in my last 6 yrs exp. their director was very misbehave with all the employ and abuse front of them and some time abusing the employ also . no good policy in employ fever when they perform hard and good so they not gave them motivate either increament but without any reason say to employ for living the job .

Abusing very badly i just say in last six month how much work with that company i just learnt only some abuse word nothing else. so pls dont go on this company and recomaned with your friend and knowning person don't go .
