I have been called for the interview for Cognizant company. Screening was done by Payal person with full of atttitude and lack of informattion. And does not recive people with warm welcome I see rudeness and attitude . I was told after coming tto the consultancy my previous emplyer (XYZ) company is not eligible tto apply for cognizant. My previous organization (XYZ) is rated as ttop 10 best companys to work with and I have absolutely no clue why they said it is not eligible. However with the same profile I have applied from differentt consultancy I have applied for Cognizant and got selected successfully. I do not recemmend this consulatancy beacuse they provide false information and for freshers they treat you the worse.

Hi I was an employee of waterleaf I started my career as hr in waterleaf consultancy....manger raj is best person have ever seen...what ever I'm today just coz of raj sir traing..He protects the employee from all those negativity...

Waterleaf has superb work culture, job security, good company policies and supportive management and managers. Teammates are transparent and open to help and support. No politics at all.
