Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is not on time and career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joined.

Working experience was good, staff were also good and friendly. Learning is a never ever endingprocess.

For contract basis candidate have not much salary they gave salary depand upon SR rates, salary was not good for me

JOB SECURITY IS 100%. WORK CULTURE IS GOOD. MANAGEMENT IS ALSO GOOD. COMPANY POLICIES IS TO GIVE IRRIGATION TO FIELDS DURING LEAN PERIOD AND PROTECTION FROM FLOOD DURING RAINY SEASON. PROVIDE WATER TO THE AREA WHERE IT IS NEEDED.

WORK PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH. Particularly during Flood period. Right people with special ability were not posted at proper place where they can give their optimum output. Promotional avenue is very poor.

Head office officers are pressurerised to his under department and his emplyoee to work without any protection and Social distancing. If you come to see department and his orher deptt just like dept monitering and Engineer and chief office and yojna sathpana you how emplyoee works in conjucted space there is so many people works in tight space with ignoring social distancing... if you will able help kindly help us.
