Salary is quite very low as compared to other companies. Their starting salary is in the range of 2.2 LPA to 2.50 LPA which I think is not good.

Work environment is very nice, Activities,fun Friday, festival celebrations are happening in the office as well as if we talk out the support from the seniors they are kind sometimes and it depends to person to person Not each person is same.

Most likely thing is There is no work to do as long as for office hours means one can sit and enjoy chit chat or Play games in mobile upto 4-5 hours a day. No one have any work stress as its only data entry work over there

...sistant manager with there choice so the deserving candidates are left behind 3. They also not provided a good hike in salary to the old one but they will hire more and more with low salary without needs as the same work can be done my old Once 4. Upper management always think of company side they are not thinking of employees issue but they have a wrong statement that this is employed oriented company.... Nothing is for employees 5. There is a toxic work culture 6. They doesn't treat there old employees as a asset to there company but they used to tell that "if anyone want to leave they can leave the company we will hire more in there place" 7. The last there is nothing to be learnt while doing job they only have a fun activity.

WM company is good opportunity to start a career and it's very safe place for girls also. It provide batter work environment for their employees, support by seniors and proper work life balance. I like their US culture environment like monday to friday and enjoy festival.
