My overall experience is terrible here.They don't increment employee salary from the past 3 years.They don't disbursed employee salaries on time. Nothing much to learn there.A hopeless company to work.

They don't increment employee salaries.There vision is simple " Sack experienced employees and hire few fresher's for the same position and train them to save the money".

There is nothing to be liked about this organization. Management is very bad. Specially the HR , One of thr worst hr to be honest that i have seen in my career , senior people are there to stay in this company they will do anything to clear there name from any problems because they are really insecure about junior's over shadowing them . Every project comes with very short deadline with alot of unreasonable demands and to fullfill these demands employees have to stay in the company and when you discuss this reason with hr she blames it on you . There is no Management no system. Just micromanagement of every thing to the point.

If you ant to ruin your carrier forever.Please apply in this company.Worked 3 years and wasted them.They ruin even your self confdence

There is nothing new to learn.Company doesn't want there employee to grow.Owner wife is also arrogant and she will also give some garbage work and wants the employees to do that work at any cost.
