The only disadvantage that this company has is because of the merger between Warner bros and discovery there are lot of changes happening in the company so there is no job security as anything can happen anytime.

No work life balance 12-14 work hours (unofficially) Pleasing US leadership culture rather taking right decisions Way too politics and favouritism. Culture of hiring known employees from previous firm and working in group. Ouster person not valued. No career growth and promotion may take years and 10-15 people involved in you promotion in case if it happens to whom you might not even worked with.

Over dependence on decision making with folks based out of the US offices. Lack of independence for Non US based teams

Great and supportive leadership team from India especially from bangalore. Supportive directors and trying to make this company is more employee friendly. However, We just gone through some lay-off because of the instability of the IT market. If you're ready to work hard and ready to put up some smart ideas to improvise the product then this is the place for you and you will be well recoganized by the Indian leadership team, and they will support you in yours hard days. They did for me. You should accept the office for those are wanna grow in technical, and financial aspects along with company. Highly recommended. Leadership team especially GQA side is doing great and supporting the team member a lot to grow in their technical aspect as a team. It's difficult to see such leadership from India those are very supportive and protective.

Dislikes

Infra and pantry could be improvise and rest rooms are very ugly since it's used by other two companies in the floor. This could be maintained well and the work space is not that huge and feeling like working in very early startup. Otherwise I don't see any negative outlook about this company.

Great leaders from GQA india. And supportive. Good peeks and WLB, it's depends on your project that you landing in. Overall good.

Dislikes

Very expensive testing activities and full of commercial tool which simplify everyone life easy.
