Very good culture within the company. Many opportunities to learn. You will always get guidance if you need within the company. Also the projects that the company gets are great.

Dislikes

Salary and appraisal is not great. They pay very less and don't give enough hike at the end even after working very hard. Also in my experience, I had to work hard to get worthwhile projects and opportunities due to biases.

Good project to work on. Learn new techniques and analysis software. Other departments are good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Overtime rule is not in favour of employees, you can hardly get it. Always running after deadline and streching working hour every now and then. It has become a norm in some departments. Preferential treatment is seen in some departments.

People working are good and very polite with us. The senior managers are are nice and inspirational

Dislikes

People working are unskilled so, they cannot guide me ones. For intern, B.tech is fine but, M.tech or well skilled person should not try here... there is no growth here.

the work pressure is very high, and company is not interested to work life balance of employees. the are only focus on dead lines. it is selfish company. and very important is after completion of project they reduce staff till new project will come. so no job securities
