No appraisals and promotions. Low salary provided Hectic work schedule you need to work on your own. there is no such "Team". This is a small startup company so in the office there will only be the manager and you. They don't know how to manage time. Somedays, maybe you need to collect the keys and open the office. they don't encourage employees for their work. Too much personal life gossiping (the managers love this) Sometimes, you can be judged by your social media appearance. So, If you get a chance to join the company, do block the managers, at first. Do it on your priority base. Dirty restrooms. No National Holidays. You only get 18 paid holidays per year. The company does not provide any perks or benefits. The company doesn't provide any experience letter. The main thing, the compensation is too low comparing other companies in this industry. Tasks are repetitive. I know, after a few months you will get bored. No promotional opportunity. How can be it possible? There is no "Team", only the writers and the managers. So if you get promoted what position will someone hold?????

...company provides good working culture and environment. Teammates are supportive. They provide proper salary with increment based on performance. Personal and professional life can be well balanced
