No standards, Long waiting, No respect for seafarers, Would reduce salary any moment at the drop of a hat citing frivilous reasons. Have reduced salaries more than 5 times since 2002. Worst blaming culture. Senior 9nboard management officers under constant pressure to cover inefficiencies of shore Suptd. All Refurbished spares supplied but miracles expected. Always blaming the ship staff for tge loss of ships.

Saftey wise..wallem ship management is the best one..and internet on board in all vessel is more good in wallem

...to the office after signoff.we need to stay for one day in mumbai for reporting.if we do debriefing by phone it is much better for us salary wise and overtime.comparing to other company..l I feel like getting low

The whole experience for me with wallems is excellent. I started as a deck cadet in the company and its just amazing to work with wallem. Their atmost priority is giving proper training for the seafarer and avoid accidents onboard wallem vessels.

The salary package they have reduced a little. Work pressure is there.

The ambience of the training team ensuring your knowledge is not compromised as an upcoming officer or rating is really commendable

There is nothing to dislike apart from the fact that certain training are not available at all locations and one has to travel to main Mumbai office for same

Team work is excellent, training very good, job security is excellent but it depend upon individual how you work how you behave might be your sincere but you do something that make bad impression in that way you loose your security, salary best in market/ appraisal depend upon your hard work, behavior and your attitude towards work, policies learning and environmental vise excellent, everything else is very good in shipping and one of the best company in the world

There is nothing about disliking everything depend upon individual how you think, work and go in a proper manner according to the rules and regulations of the company especially company policy
