Walia auto ancillary pvt Ltd, does not pay timely salaries to employees, there is no salary date, when fund will be available employee salaries will be done. After 2 months salaries are given.

Nothing is special in this company. Top management staff is very cheap, they will hold your salary without your mistake. This company is depend on only one customer (TATA MOTORS), if tata motors goes down then Walia's business also go down. There is no job security. In the covid pandemic they did not help there employees and still they are working only three days in a week. * Major accidents has also happened in this company (One person's hand cut-off) & they did not even helped them by financial support/Medical support. * ESI amount will cut from your salary but will not get the ESIC benefit because they will not fill your ESIC form. * HR department is worst, Plant head will support only for those people jo plant head ke aage piche ghumega. This is honest feedback if you need the job desperately then join, learn & leave. Do not waste your time here otherwise you will only do complaint & will spoil your career. I have wasted five years in this company, I have not received my joining letter offer letter as well as when i leaved that company for personal reason they did not pay my 1.5 month salary.

I like work environment of walia auto. All seniors are very supported. There is alot of things to learn.

Dislikes

No benefits or compensation and growth is slow. And i sometimes i have to work around 10 to 12 hrs.
