Management is unresponsive to your concerns and does not do anything to resolve your issues. Some of the people in the company pass negative comments, specially on junior employees rather than minding their own business

The company is a startup. The employees in the Organization are very supportive and help each other all the time irrespective of their department, designation and whatever work load they are carrying with them. The Organization has 3 Co-Founders and all of them treat the employees like a family. All the employees are ready to take each other's work load whenever required so that none of them feels pressure and can have mental peace and can enjoy work life balance. The Organization has many employees which are with the company since starting and are staying for long. We work together and we enjoy together.
