Management is very rigid and still delves in the bygone days.HR is almost powerless and clueless here whatever the CTO says goes here. Those who are close to the management get all the perks and benefits but the other folks are treated differently so favouritism is a huge part of WAi Technologies. There is a huge discrimination among the 2 branches as almost all the times the Nagar branch is ignored.Instead of perks you are supposed to work on weekends

Wok culture is very bad.. Only freshers are there in the company and they expect everyone should handle one project.. Lots of new technology they are using but no one is aware of that. So u have to do all by yourself. Seniors never help juniors.
