...e. 2008 to 2012 working environment was good but then due to inefficiency by sr. staff and management now no business and hardly staff in the organisation and unable to pay salary on time i.e. 3 to 4 months late.

split the partnership between Gherzi and Wadia company and joined low efficient CEO and CFO, COO in the organisation. Which unable to grow business.

...l levels of work. Company manage training program. Job is secure. Career growth. Salary, appraisal, travel all policy are good. Working environment is good.

Good communication and relation with client and contractor. I learned new technical things from coulleagues and seniours. All seniours are good and helpful. HR department is very good and helpful for company employee.

Did not increment as expected.

Work environment and team mates are supporive. Work life balance. Work from home.

Financial condition is too poor. ever decreasing staff. Payment delayed by one month before lockdown is now became four months. Forget your last payments whatever may be due including your outstation expenditures the day you resign.

Wadiatechno is old take up company systems is as Indian co.style no more growth but experience taken various type of work .

In company no more funds gain .because time limit fixed .no growth .training facilities is good.
