Extremely secured position. Good compensation structure and benefits.

Dislikes

Very slow and at times biased toward skill development and appraisals. Managers aren’t really very encouraging and forthcoming about talent development. Working hours are somewhat longer, though that’s not really a deal-breaker. But what’s really frustrating is that the management team isn’t very open to put younger people in challenging roles and are somewhat driven by a bias.

Everyone has an extra maritalaffairs. Management and employees loves gossiping. SCM no ethical behaviour. Logistics work like robotics they don't use brains, no growth mind set. CA qualified person,few BT think they own WACKER. Finance head is insecure, no use of brain, dependent. All BT love buttering, no growth mind set, leg pulling behaviour, jugeing personality,having very interesting histories🫶.HR, ADMIN fully depressed personality no hope ,no scope, no trust. All employees and heads insecure. Nobody is trustworthy.

Wacker is a very good organization that provides opportunities to those who deserve. Of course you need some patients for that.

Dislikes

Well, every Organization has its own weaknesses, but one should always look at strengths.
