There’s nothing to like in this company.

...id whatever nominal amount. It doesn’t matter whether you get the work done. They start deducting your salary if you’re late by even 5 minutes. If you work overtime, it doesn’t matter since you’re “expected to do that”. There’s nothing that benefits the employees. Everyone is over loaded with work even the HR. They have to meet their targets and hence they intentionally send wrong Job descriptions lure the candidates for interviews and then offer them with lower grade profiles. And because of this people have started absconding from the company.

...019. Since then, my life has been going good, way beyond my wildest imagination. I am in my second global organisation with very good compensation, benefits, work exposure and recognition. As they say everything happens for good.

...y no non veg food Officially Girls can't wear Western wear even formal clothes Every hours report should be submitted what have you done in one hour otherwise deduction in salary Every minute monitored by one of the director via camera Work on holidays as well
