I worked there as front office supervisor, there is no security for staff,they won't provide any pickup and drop facilities for staff..Poor management and the hr department is waste they are not conducting any motivation ,training/induction classes for staff and newcomer,.....They don't know what is hospitalil....The students who passed out from college (hotel management)...Don't try to come here for training....No one will teach you about hospitality.. Including hr taem....If wanna learn something new go and join other resorts......I can assure that u will get money and room....But if you looking professional experience...Better you skip vythiri resort...The resort is famous because of forest and room design....And there is a stream running behind.....Looks pretty and romantic.... Important *wrong person in wrong chair *no professional touch *Average management *no security for staff *Bad reservation team Especially the Hr he supposed to have little knowledge about hospitality....And he supposed to visit each department and he must chat with staff...But he is busy with someother works......I had bad impression about vythiri.....If you are looking only job...Go there..... Looking future .....Up to you... Some HOD s are good they have experience and professional touch but management won't allow them to do the job......If I wrote anything wrong ....
