Low salaries. They work as a consultancy. Not much career growth for experianced people. Cheap mentality. Senior people have low knowledge about their domains. Stay away from such obnoxious people specially executive vice president technology, who can neither respect someones education and experiance nor can respect ladies.

If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs. If you already join then be careful.before sign any document read every line if possible take expert lawyer opinion on that document. Beacuse they r good in stilling money an destroying feature /career of others
