Low salaries. They work as a consultancy. Not much career growth for experianced people. Cheap mentality. Senior people have low knowledge about their domains. Stay away from such obnoxious people specially executive vice president technology, who can neither respect someones education and experiance nor can respect ladies.

They put you in difficult situation so you will learn how to tackle this. Extreme level of stress. Fake commitment so you learn not to trust on anyone.

...usiness head then you will get good promotion and hike. The worst is there bond. They stress and pressurize you on that level so employee can break bond to save his life and pay the money. They don't afraid of labour law. Many cases going on. Many ppl gone through mental toucher. If ppl do absconding then in next job They mail company about moonlighting by sending few bucks in your account. It's trap. Shameless management. Stay at home. Stay Clam but don't join Vyom labs. If you already join then be careful.before sign any document read every line if possible take expert lawyer opinion on that document. Beacuse they r good in stilling money an destroying feature /career of others

Whenever help is required, department always helps in every matter. If you need help technically or non technical, colleagues will help you out.

Salary standardisation is not there and appraisal system is not fair.

You can explore as much as you want. Because your access is limited to your roles only. You can jump out of your cube if you have that caliber and able to present yourself in front of the Authority.

Variable pay is not on time, it gets delayed by 2 months in every quarter. Weekend allowance is not as per industry standard.
