Poor salary and experience. From last few months total chaos. Top management leaving. Goons threatening employees and filing legal cases against each other helpless management

As per my knowledge Vygon company is fast-growing, a well-reputed company in the market and employee-oriented also and also provides lots of opportunity in future and well defined adaptable atmosphere. This is one of the best companies in the corporate world. There is a good environment to work.

In single word pathetic company ( its not a company it's a group of Cheaters) there is no self respect in the company, your boss (Delhi RSM) is every thing , under his leadership there are 9 resignations in one year...Very Ver Very Bad company.... Jobless is far more ok then joining this company.

Bossism is the worst thing in this company.... what ever you give 100% or more but your incentive can be stopped, deducted and the worst thing is to tell you that return your earned incentive to company. There is no H.R. policy or work culture....no one No one should join this company.
