Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

* No salaries on time, there is delay in salary for more than 3 months * Dues (bonus/arrears) are been pending since 4 years * Appraisals are in process since 8 months * HR always has no clue regarding the above concerns and the updates came from Vice President, COO and CTO are always fake. * Company has no active projects soon going to shutdown and employes are the least taken care off

Work culture is good ,Staff and manager helpful. Management not much co-operative, Payments made on the basic of client payment . no proper finance management.

Company works on QT for GUI development and Custom Linux developed from Linux from scratch But it doesn't have scope In India no company work on this role Difficult to switch and search job with this kind of skill

Everything, there is nothing to like,pending salaries,pending dues,pending PF not giving from last 10 month, ashish bhuwania(Director) only giving date for pending salaries from last 2 year (froud person ). HR Radha Pillai also giving only date to all employee. (2nd froud person in VXL)
